Day 103 - Bush Bay to Carnarvon
Bush Bay, CarnarvonWednesday, 1 May 2013
Woke up early, had breakfast, took Tuka for a walk, packed up and on the road by 7.30pm.
Arrived in Carnarvon and did some site seeing - the small boat harbour, one mile jetty and the mangroves and Dwyes Leep next to the Gascoyne River.
Then into town and bought food, fuel and went to the information centre. Then booked into the Carnarvon Caravan Park. Did the washing, filled water and talked to some of the other campers. A few stopped by to say hello to Tuka.
Tomorrow off to Point Quobba and the Blowholes. Then I will stay a week at Quobba Station which is located on the southern part of Ningaloo Marine Park. Then maybe onto Red Bluff, Gnaraloo Station or Warrora Station. Depends on the road conditions. I hope to see more turtles and maybe dugongs. I will not have any mobile or internet for at least one week, maybe two.
