Lipson Cove

Day 22 - Lipson Cove

Lipson Cove

Saturday, 9 February 2013
Cool night and a sunny morning. We had breakfast then walked up to the small cove at the northern end of the beach. Rabbits scooted for cover as we walked towards them but Tuka did't notice them. He could smell them in the bushes though so it was slow walk as he sniffed at every bush on the sanddunes.

Spent the rest of the day eating, drinking, walking, swimming and reading. Not too hot for reading but warm enough for swimming. A few car loads of people have come here, probably from Tumby Bay, to go fishing and swimming. Tuka got to meet some other dogs.

Will drive to Tumby Bay tomorrow to publish blog, get supplies and water. Then we will be staying at Cowleys Beach for four days. So as there will no reception at the beach there will no blog for a while.
